Summer sales are over, and with the Fall collections hitting the stores as I type this post, it’s time to start thinking what we are going to be wearing in the next months.
One of my favorite trends is the asymmetrical hem. It’s not the same asymmetrical hem that we wore back in the summer of 2013, short in the front and long in the back, remember? This year it is uneven mostly on the sides. Prabal Gurung showed the asymmetry on soft and flowy skirts, while Ferragamo on more structured dresses and Paco Rabanne even used the house's signature chainmail for it, each of them giving us a wide range of options to choose from.
I’m getting ready to leave for my summer vacation in a few days, but in my mind I’m already excited for what’s coming next! :)
